Section 1: Zoom calls on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 11:30–12:45 EDT. (Intro call from 11:30–12:30 on Mondays, followed by an optional support & accountability session from 12:30–12:45; an optional cowriting session from 11:30–12:45 on Tuesdays; a group coaching session on alternating Thursdays from 11:30–12:45 EDT; on Thursdays without group coaching, a Q&A session from 11:30 to 12:30 EDT, followed by a 15-minute block that can be booked for individual consultations.)

Section 2: Zoom calls from 8:30–9:45 am China Standard Time, 9:30–10:45 am Japan Standard Time on Tuesdays (8:30–9:45 pm EDT, 5:30–6:45 pm PDT Mondays) and 8:30–9:45 am China Standard Time, 9:30–10:45 am Japan Standard Time on Thursdays (8:30–9:45 pm EDT, 5:30–6:45 pm PDT on Wednesdays). (An intro call for an hour on Mondays, followed by an optional 15-minute support & accountability session; a group coaching session on alternating Thursdays; on the Thursdays without group coaching, an hour-long Q&A call, followed by a 15-minute block that can be booked for individual consultations.)

Other: If you'd like to enroll but neither set of section times works for you (or is ideal for you), please let me know. I may be able to run another section that meets in the daytime in the US.

How will you be paying for the workshop? *

Note: Before discounts, the workshop costs $1200 with institutional funding or $900 without institutional funding (or somewhere in between, if you are paying for just part of the fee with institutional funds). I am applying a 20% early-bird discount for everyone who submits their registration form by March 1st and a 10% early-bird discount for everyone who submits their registration form from March 2nd through April 15th. With personal funds. (Ellen will send you an electronic invoice that links to a secure payment page.)

With institutional funds, either by using a departmental purchasing card or by paying out of pocket and then getting reimbursed. (Ellen will send you an electronic invoice that links to a secure payment page.)

With institutional funds, with your institution paying Ellen by direct deposit or check. (If Ellen is not already a vendor registered with your institution and your department requires that she become a vendor, she will charge a $45 administrative fee, which she will add to the invoice for the workshop that she submits to your institution.)

With a mix of institutional funds and personal funds. (Ellen will be in touch to coordinate details.)

For option 3 above (your institution paying me by direct deposit or check), I will need to send just one invoice for the workshop fee. For all other options, you can choose whether to pay the workshop fee in one installment or two. If you choose to pay in two installments, I will send your first invoice shortly after you submit your registration form and your second invoice on May 1st (or earlier by request). I would ask that you pay the second invoice by May 12th, a week before the workshop begins. *
