Summer option: May 26–August 7 (cowriting calls from 10:00–12:00 ET Tuesdays, 2:00–4:00 ET Wednesdays, & 10:00–12:00 ET Fridays).
**Note: There won’t be cowriting calls on June 17th or 19th; I changed the summer start date to be one week earlier to make up for this!
Fall option: September 8–December 18 (cowriting calls from 10:00–12:00 ET Tuesdays and 2:00–4:00 ET Wednesdays).
Fall + summer option: June 1–December 18. (There will be a pause in cowriting from August 8th through September 7th, but summer + fall option participants can still get some accountability and support through the “cheering-each-other-on” thread on the online forum during these weeks.)
Note from Ellen:
I’m based in Minneapolis. I’ll donate 100% of the payments I receive from anyone who enrolls in this group for any 2026 sessions to organizations supporting immigrant and Indigenous communities in Minneapolis that have been impacted by ICE. Organizations may include Haven Watch, Prairie Lands Freedom Fund, the Joyce Uptown Foodshelf, and the DHH Operation Food Drive Fund and Rent Relief Fund.
Alternatively, if you’d like to support any organizations directly, here is a longer list of organizations to support. (You may know of others as well!) After you fill out the enrollment form and I’ve confirmed that you’d be able to join the group, you can donate a total amount that is equivalent to one of the program fees for the option you select instead of paying me directly. As proof of your donation, email me a screenshot of your receipt that shows the amount you donated and the name of the organization. (Of course you can crop out your own personal details.)
