Sustainable Productivity Coaching

In sustainable productivity coaching, I can support you with things like creating schedules, plans, and structures that feel supportive; working through emotional and logistical barriers to doing your writing; reflecting on your capacity and clarifying priorities; developing “guardrails” for distractions or patterns that regularly trip you up; identifying and navigating the “sticking points” in your writing practice; bringing more fun or pleasure into your writing practice; and setting any needed boundaries. I can also provide some accountability, if that’s helpful to you! (Some clients send me daily or weekly “got it done” texts or emails.) You can find my sustainable productivity manifesto here.

My sustainable productivity coaching sessions are rooted in the International Coaching Federation model of practicing deep listening, asking thoughtful questions, and providing a calm and compassionate presence as you engage in focused reflection. I can hold space for you to reflect on your patterns, core priorities, goals, and writing challenges, and I will ask questions to help you map out a menu of actionable next steps. (I completed the foundational course in the ICF-accredited MentorCoach coach training program several years ago and have returned to coach training this fall for training focused on helping clients with ADHD specifically.)

Each call is held on Zoom. I usually begin with a 90-minute call; subsequent calls are either 45 minutes or 60 minutes, depending on your preference, and can be weekly or every other week.

I currently have two openings in my schedule for sustainable productivity coaching. If you are interested, please email me at ellen@tiliaeditorial.com to set up a discovery call to see if my coaching might be a good fit for you.
